Using your emotional, mental and spiritual intelligence to authentically express yourself will stop a reckless emotional dam from bursting and causing harm.

Authenticity is a frequency, so is separation and resentment. Speaking your truth comes with accepting and trusting that what comes next is ultimately for your highest good,whether by lesson, Loss or Love.

It is time to diversify your approach with some creative and adaptable thinking.

Stand steady as you observe that people and things are always transforming one way or another, and so are you.
