This weeks energy speaks to a rapid feedback system of 'reaping what you have sown' .

It could show up through multiple ways; new opportunities or a good vegetable yield from the garden, or better health results. However it shows up for you,it will reflect where your effort of time, energy and frequency has been invested... and where it hasn't.

It can equally show up as a; health issue, confrontation or 'reality check' from not 'reading the room' of any particular situation over time.

The balancing act of decision making and discernment of where your time and energy should go on a daily basis, can be challenging when you are contending with; the past, the present and the future simultaneously.

Bringing the sparkle and colour back into your life and maintaining it, requires action and effort on a daily basis. Having a daily 'Spiritual Hygiene' routine will go a long way in assisting this, so will having a roadmap for nurturing and navigating the 'present' moment. Assessing daily how your time and energy management are utilised to overcome obstacles. A well thought out and actioned small step, with an eye to your long game, is better than a late panicked one.

Seek inspiration and the things to be grateful for in any given moment , assess if where your energy is going is actually serving you, your long game or the greater good. If it's not... it might be time for a re-think on what you are sowing.
